Budget Traveler

A Ember.js app that I built for the budget traveler. Allows user to create countries, categories and add budget spot details and pictures in those categories.

Raw code for a Ruby on Rails application that allows a user to create blog posts, and for those posts to allow comments. Thorough testing using Capybara and FactoryGirl. User sign-up with Devise gem. Barber Room 306

Website built for a local barber shop. Utilizes WP theme "Minimaze", and incorporates several plugins including: Ultimate Media Social Plus, Custom Banners, WP Splash Page and Master Slider. Site has online appointment booking functionality, is fully responsive and has custom CSS added to it.

An AngularJS app for listing news links, and allowing them to be rated and sorted by newness and votes. Pair project with Dexter Fitch

About

I recently graduated from Epicodus, a fully-immersive, four month long tech program that trained me in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. Since then I have interned for a company called Workfrom.co, where I worked with JavaScript and jQuery on their front end. I'm currently freelancing and looking for a junior developer position that will allow me room to both contribute clean, beautiful code while continually honing my skills.

I'm passionate about programming, and live, breathe and sleep code. An official RoR fanatic, a huge fan of JavaScript, I also enjoy learning new languages and technologies. I'm eager to help create beautiful software, contribute in a meaningful way and become a coding wizard.
